一. Introduction

This series of models is a machine developed and produced for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It is an aging test equipment integrating automatic boost aging and testing and sorting; the equipment adopts mechanical feeding to ensure the feeding rate of the equipment and the stability of the equipment ; Fully automatic preset boost mode for automatic boost high temperature aging, preset authority requires authorization password operation to avoid hidden dangers of misoperation; high version adopts simple Chinese operation interface and powerful industrial control operation control system to monitor the three parameters of the product, Make data collection and analysis easier, and quickly improve production efficiency.

二, the process flow

1. The product guide pin is reshaped and polarity detection is performed, and three-point, open circuit, short circuit and reverse polarity detection are performed; products with three points, open circuit, short circuit and reverse polarity are excluded;

2. The product is sent to the oven for high temperature (switching power supply) charging and aging;

3. After the product has been discharged and cooled, the unaged product inspection will be carried out, and the unaged product will be excluded;

4. Carry out capacity and loss angle tests after the product is discharged;

5. Carry out "ESR" test after the product is discharged (this function is optional);

6. Leakage test will be carried out after the product is recharged for about 40 seconds;

7. The test results are: good product, poor capacity, high loss, large leakage, high impedance and re-selected products.

三, the use of environmental conditions

1. Use three-phase five-wire AC380V±5% 50Hz;

2. The operating environment temperature is: room temperature;

3. Guaranteed range of characteristics: 23℃±5℃, humidity: 45~75%RH;

4. Air pressure range: 0.4~0.7Mpa; air supply flow rate: 4.3L/min.
