一. Introduction

This series of models is a machine developed and produced for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It integrates automatic boost aging, test and sorting into one aging test equipment; this equipment uses mechanical feeding to effectively ensure the equipment’s loading rate and equipment stability ; Fully automatic preset boost mode for automatic boost high temperature aging, preset authority requires authorization password operation to avoid the hidden danger of misoperation, and the production process does not require gas.

二, the process flow

1. The product guide pin is shaped and tested for polarity, three-point, open circuit, short-circuit and reverse polarity detection; exclude products with three-point, open circuit, short circuit and reverse polarity;

2. The product is sent to the oven for high temperature aging;

3. After the product is discharged out of the oven and cooled, the unaged product shall be tested, and the unaged and convex bottom products shall be excluded;

4. Perform a leakage test after charging the product for about 45 seconds;

5. Carry out the capacity and loss angle test after the product is discharged;

6. Carry out "ESR" test after the product is discharged (this function is optional);

7. The test results are: poor ESR, low capacity, high capacity, high loss, large leakage, good products and re-selected products.
