一. Brief introduction of model features

The leaded super capacitor monomer automatic aging tester can realize functions such as automatic feeding, fast charging, high temperature aging, electrical parameter test sorting statistics, etc. Users can customize the aging process, test process parameters and sorting indicators according to their own needs. The system supports the product diameter specification range of 5-22mm, can work 24 hours a day, and the average daily production capacity is as high as about 40,000. It can save 95% of labor input and improve production efficiency.

三, process flow

1. Automatic feeding-the products are queued into the automated assembly line through the vibrating plate, including pin correction, positive and negative polarity sorting.

2. Open/short circuit detection-Short-term pre-charge of the product to determine whether the product is open or short-circuited, and reject defective products.

3. High-temperature aging during charging-The product enters the high-temperature aging furnace and is charged to the rated voltage with a constant current and aged for several hours.

4. Parameter test-after the product has been aged, carry out the capacity, internal resistance, self-discharge and other parameter tests (determine the test index according to the customer's process).

5. Discharge-discharge the product below the safe voltage after the test is completed

6. AC internal resistance test-AC internal resistance test after discharge to a safe voltage

7. Automatic sorting-sort the products according to the sorting rules, and sort the products to the corresponding bins
